Not Working with network_security_config

I use this to parse a json file, it works fine, but when i add this :

android:networkSecurityConfig="@xml/network_security_config"

to the application tag , the Json does not work anymore, like there is some conflict.

when i remove it , it works again.

it happens with version that needs cleartext .

my config file is the facebook ads file, like this :

< ?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"? >
< network-security-config >
< domain-config cleartextTrafficPermitted="true" >
< domain includeSubdomains="true" >127.0.0.1</ domain >
</ domain-config >
</ network-security-config >

Any Help Please, I'm stuck.
