while drag and drop , how to stop child node from dropping inside any other parent or outside parent

Hi please tell while drag and drop , how to stop child node from dropping inside any other parent or outside parent.
Child node should be dropped inside its parent. I need to only show dragging as it is required for my project and when dropped child node should come back to its previous position
