Os contratos: Contrato 88/2019 PM DE CAMPO BOM e Contrato 882019/2019 PM DE CAMPO BOM
se referem ao mesmo contrato (todas as colunas são iguais com exceção do número do contrato). Essa linha duplicada já vem do CSV de contrato (ano 2019) do TCE-RS. No licitacon também está duplicado.

O esperado é que apenas um dos contratos estejam na nossa base.
