I was wondering why the NPINS_OVERRIDE_ functionality just wasn't working. Turns out it couldn't because it's not part of the latest (0.2.4) release which i'm currently using.
I don't think switching to a newer commit will be an big issue but it would be nice if there would just be a new release. :)
Might also prevent other people from beeing confused as the failure mode for enviroment variables can't really be descibed as descriptive.
