Allow scaladoc embedding for specified (include/exclude) compile units

For now all compile units that contains scaladoc are going to be processed which results in all scaladoc are to be embedded (converted into Java annotation)

In order to make this a little more flexible we can allow configuring this behavior with include/exclude glob patterns
