The app Windows not full and cannot be dragged to resize

Describe the bug
I finished installing the app with success, and I can run the program and it looks good to go. But the app windows is not full but it cannot be resized. Only the top left part is shown. It installed in 2 PCs and this happen only in one of them, which is an AIO MSI PRO mini PC with an Intel UHD.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the program
2. Error shows

It appears normally.

• OS: Windows 11
• Version: I don't know. The version seems to be shown on the bottom part of the Windows, and I can't see it because the Windows only shows the top left part.
• Display - Dual monitor ASUS VG28UQL1A, 4k 144Hz, DP, IPS and MSI MP273, FHD, 75Hz, HDMI, IPS
