Description

We're aware of reports of local development bugs arising from Angular template HMR in 19.1.x, which has been enabled by default.

Please see angular/angular#59602 for more context and workarounds.

For anyone following along, we've released versions 19.1.2 of the framework and 19.1.3 of the CLI to resolve the outstanding HMR issues.
