Error 403 on authenticated/login Nico download attempt #33
Comments
I had this same problem. I eventually realized I had followed the instructions from the main page, READEME.md, which installed the python script for the main youtube-dl, not this fork. Following the instructions here, to pip install this fork, got it working for me. I hope that's it for you too! |
I'm running into what SEEMS to be the same problem in Win10, even after updating both youtube-dl and python... does this log suggest what I might be doing worng? [debug] System config: [] |

Description
After updating from like a Nov 2020 version, I tried downloading the Nico video included in the log and initially got an error that Nico requires login now. Once I fixed that (using my email username rather than my ID number; Idk if that's supposed to happen), I got a 403 error instead. Not sure what's going on. Am I overlooking something? Thanks!
