Inconsistent active menu in add screen on macOS

1: Open Add screen, note the blank menu
2. Switch to main window, then back to Add screen
3. Note the menu is now the one from the main window

I wonder if we could make them at least consistent, to make issues like the following easier to diagnose?

Hi @dae, I am pretty new to this and I would be willing to contribute but I still do not get what this issue is about. I have try to open and reopen the add screen multiple times but it is consistent and work perfectly on my end. My anki version is 23.12.1
