it would be nice if used in a room

for other people to also subscribe to a reminder I set for myself
as room moderator or admin to also remind other people

1 could be done by offering a reaction ("react with $emoji to also get reminded"). Related to #55 etc

2 was previously possible without "intentional mentions" by simply including someone else's name in the message.

with full intentional mentions support in the commanding client, the bot would need to copy over the intentional mentions from the command to the reminder
without, the bot would need to parse the message for user mentions, i.e. pills in the formatted body
