[BUG] Debug logs are showing in production

Describe the bug
The debug logs are showing in the console. Suddenly three weeks ago weird logs were showing in my console. I recently discovered it was the jiffy reader plugin. When I disabled the plugin the logs disappeared. When I enabled it again the logs reappeared.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior on extension or a specific website:

Reproduce on a website

1. Go to whatever website
2. Open the devtools console
3. (Possibly reload the page)
4. See debug logs for the plugin

Expected behavior
To not see debug logs in the console.
