Setup session management on Finch

Certain operations like

• accessing a particular raseed by the owner
• accessing a signed copy by tenant
• accessing all entities by the admin

will be protected actions & will require the authentication of the user on the Backend, hence a general session management module should be created in Finch to centrally control the session management
