Tests are currently only performed on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. We should consider running some tests (maybe only one python version?) against other Linux distros / Windows environments.

As part of this ticket we should add duplicate tests for Negotiate on Windows (using SSPI), and for NTLM.

I'm unsure which other linux platforms to target, we would need to investigate how to get the kerberos library to build. At a first glance we probably want some flavour of Debian, OpenSuse and Redhat or whatever CentOS is becoming.
