I don't use windows (anymore). Can you tell us what is your problem ?

Maybe i can help you to fix it (PR)

I have worked on it, I've done a python script that can replace it. It's not finished yet.
You can see it there.

I don't know if a python script is a solution. Maybe a makefile who check OS
