Size of Docker Image can be less by

Using jdk-slim which contains essential stuff
Implementing Multi Stage Build

From [1.11GB -> 233MB]

# Updated Dockerfile

FROM openjdk:11-jdk-slim AS build
WORKDIR /app
COPY . .
RUN chmod +x tangerinekv-server.sh

FROM openjdk:11-jdk-slim
WORKDIR /app
COPY --from=build /app /app
CMD ["./tangerinekv-server.sh"]
EXPOSE 1111
