BUG: Cookie Consent Banner Reappearing on Every Page Refresh and Navigation

What happened?

I noticed that the cookie consent banner pops up every time the page is refreshed and also when navigating between pages on the website. This behavior is persistent despite accepting the banner, causing a repetitive and disruptive user experience.

To help illustrate the issue, I’ve attached two screenshots showing the cookie banner appearing after a page refresh and when changing pages.
