BUG: Logo in Community Spotlight Page Not Redirecting to Homepage

What happened?

Description:
The logo on the Community Spotlight page does not redirect to the homepage when clicked. This is due to the absence of href tags for the logo link, which should direct users back to the homepage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Community Spotlight page.
2. Observe the logo at the top of the page.
3. Hover on the logo, you'll see it's unclickable.

Expected Behavior: Clicking the logo should redirect the user to the homepage.
