BUG: cookie policy is not completely readable

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

The cookie pop is a bit big for the page while it can be made compact and smaller at the bottom left.

Also upon clicking 'Learn more' link the policies cannot be read as it is not completely visible...I would like to add a new file for cookie policy.

Please assign this task to me. Thank you
