BUG:In contact us form the labels on hovering does not appear

What happened?

The form in contact us has labels which on hovering is not visible.I would like to change the colour on being hovered to make it visible.

Assign this issue to me @anuragverma108 .Add gssoc ext and hackatoberfest labels
