Feat: add a scroll bar to make navigation faster

Describe the feature

I would like to add a scroll bar to make navigation faster and easier as the homepage is quite long right now and reaching to its end with just scrolling takes unnecessary time.

There is a scroll button provided on website but it only lets you scroll a small section of page at a time and u can only scroll downwards using it. It's presence isnt very noticable either. I feel like a scrollbar is a much better enhancement/feature over it.
