BUG: Cursor Shadow Design Too Thick and Bold, Needs to Be Lightened for Better Appearance

What happened?

The shadow effect around the cursor is too thick and bold, which makes it visually distracting and does not blend well with the overall design. A lighter shadow effect would improve the visual appeal and user experience.
Expected Behavior: The cursor shadow should be lightened to provide a subtle effect that enhances the design without being visually overpowering.
I would like to work on it please assign me this issue under GSSOC'24EXTD, hacktoberfest'24 and level labels.
