- Draft User is working on the record
- Submitted User has submitted the record (to be published in the repo)
- In review Record is in the review process
- Aproved Record has been approved for publication and ready to be published
- Escalated Record to be checked by a senior staff for issues raised during the review process
- Referred More information or clarification needed before it can be approved. The record is awaiting action from the user.
- Rejected For whatever special reason this submission has been rejected
- Completed Record has been migrated and indexed and available for public use
