-Revert modification on time stamping for RDI ADCPs and RBR CTDs processed Windows v6.13. Time stamp is left untouched at the start of the measurement. Global attribute instrument_average_interval, TIME variable attributes comment and seconds_to_middle_of_measurement have been added and documented accordingly for both velocity and wave dataset.
