Server.ResetMaxConcurrency()可在server启动后动态修改server级别的max_concurrency，method有没有类似的方法，看了MaxConcurrencyOf不支持在服务启动后修改并发数。试了auto 效果不佳，想自定义method维度设置并发数的逻辑
