Problem of zookeeper

I don't know why there are two clusters of zk. This page will switch after a few time from first image to second image, and then second image to first image. The first image is the zk cluster which we use. The second image is the three nodes which I install dolphinscheduler. Does dolphinscheduler also need the local zookeeper and need to make a new cluster in these three nodes of deploying machine of dolphincheduler?
