obsidian portal import

obsidian portal exports an xml file with <entry> and <page> tags for logs & wiki pages respectively. it includes date but not author, tags/labels or edit history. would need to convert textile to markdown. would also need to convert wiki links to card links, mapping the href to the wiki page by id (build a graph of links and create in topological order? or generate ids first?)
