How to handle JS based new tab without href

Hi! I am scrapping a website that has a tag without href and js function that handles the click and open new tab. I am not able to control the newly opened page, what is the way to handle it?

I was able to implement it via

const promise = page.context().waitForEvent("page");
await page.click("#visitNoteBtn");
const visitNotePage = await promise;

This might be helpful for others as well.
