Mobile: Make the burger icon moveable

Currently the burger icon is fixed to the bottom right corner of the screen, it'd be useful to be able to move this icon.

Basic movement would allow the icon to be moved to left hand side for left handed users. We could also included more advanced movement options potentially as well.

Before implementing this, need a design discussion about how the hamburger button should look like to tell the user that it's moveable.
