Hey! Nice work!
I was wondering if you already have implemented or if you could implement an option to include labels of the parameter values?

I haven't implemented that yet, but that is a good idea. Are you envisioning labeling the numerical values of the migration rates, relative sizes, etc? Or labeled with the names of the parameters ('m_ij', 'T_B', etc)?

One issue is that automatic placement of labels can be tricky, and get messy/ugly pretty quickly. I'll give it a try to see how easy it is and to see how it looks, but it might end up being something that is easier to do in illustrator after the fact.

both the names of the parameters and the numerical values would be helpful. And it'd be super nice to have an option for either.

re the difficulty - I'm sure it will be easier for you to play with. But, I could also try playing with it. I just looked through your plotting functions. Looks pretty big! But, I could have a crack at it (in my copious free time)

The plotting functions get pretty big, yes. Kind of a jumble at the moment! I'll give it a think and play around with some ways to label the plots with parameters over the next few days and keep you in the loop
