IDE Autocompletion Issues

Hello! I've begun using these rules to sidestep some limitations of rules_python from the bazelbuild team. I've been running into some issues with these rules and the IDE plugin found here: https://ij.bazel.build/

The modules are detected by the IDE but they are marked as "unsynced" and nothing from the modules will autocomplete.

This is an example of pymongo being imported by not resolving the contents of the module correctly:

Do you know a way around this? Thanks!
