It's been a long time, and the complexities built in with using a Rust SDK directly in the aptos-core has caused a lot of versioning issues for people.

This will separate it from the Aptos-core, and hopefully simplify the process.

Note, that the Move compiler will likely not be available at the first run.

Please attach all requests, and existing issues dependent on the Rust SDK here
