Refactoring Tracee

Please be aware that currently Tracee is undergoing a refactoring effort - things will move around and change so we advise to hold meaningful PRs until the "stabilization" milestone is complete: https://github.com/aquasecurity/tracee/milestone/16 (which should last a week or two).
The plan is to simplify the project structure, improve composition of packages, and increase the test coverage and confidence. This is all done in order to encourage more contributions and improve the overall code quality and velocity.
