Guidelines for accessibility in IRC and class materials. (Video classes are treated in a separate issue. #5) Should consider various kinds of disabilities. Classroom has to be inclusive.

Some basic things: Notes should be available before the class, and logs available for people to read afterward, this helps folks who have a hard time following faster paced conversations. Any audio or video resources should have captions and transcripts, all images that are posted during a class should have a text description.
