Add hyperlinks (opening new windows/tabs) to resource instances created or modified in a workflow (AfS dev/1.1.x Arches dev/7.6.x)

The workflow summary provides a useful synopsis of the resource instances created or modified by a given workflow. This summary can be made more useful by providing hyperlinks (with target="_blank") to the relevant resource instances so that they can be opened in a new tab/browser window.

Sometimes this links are provided, but the CSS doesn't make the link very discernable from non-linking text. A link icon or underlining or some other stylistic improvement needs to be provided to better signal that a hyperlink is present.

Also it may be good to make ALL relevant resource instances touched by a workflow accessible via hyperlinks. Some are not.
