Test CANTALOUPE_DIR against Django 4.2.14 #1584

Django 4.2.14 is more strict about rejecting absolute file path uploads. From a quick grep, UPLOADED_FILES seems to be relative (usually?), but CANTALOUPE_DIR seems to be absolute.
