Do you have an automated script to transform the bootstrap CSS into styl or is it a manual process (so I could do it and provide a pull request)

Also, bootstrap-responsive is missing. Is this project still active, do you use it?

I don't have a script to do the transformation, but I'd like to work on one since this was a manual conversion the first time and that's definitely not sustainable if I want to keep this up to date. The current package is based on Bootstrap 1.4.0. If you'd like to work on an up to date version, lets put it in a branch like v2.0.1-stylus or something like that.
