Screen readers can't read the checkbox title and checkbox description.

I am using Read Aloud as a screen reader, and as you can see in the picture the title of the checkbox and its description are not detected.

We'll test what happens there since it's using native checkboxes and seems to find the list and the fields in voice over. Also if meanwhile if you figure out why this happens yourself – feel free to open a PR 🙏
