add private messaging

We already subscribe to send private messages. We just need to modify the publish to add the "to" user in the structure. Also, now need a way to modify the API to track which objects are private. Could be as simple as a list of users that updates get sent to per object. If first message is private, and all subsequent messages are public, which needs to be remedied.
