Describe the feature

The add to cart icon shows the red circle even when the cart has zero items.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to remove the red circle for zero items. And when one item is added, the red dot will reappear.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have attached a demo version of what I'm trying to do.
