Fix a bunch of failing tests

For python@2d2e01a, PCbuild\rt.bat -p x64 -d -q -uall -u-cpu -rwW --slowest --timeout=1200 -j0 > cpython-a04656e-rt 2>&1 gives lots of failed tests. They all need to be fixed.

These failures may be caused by misconfiguration of my system. However, they need to be sorted out before proceeding to debugging and undoing python#98015.
