Network Viewer - When receving a slide due to editing, should replace in-memory group version

If editing a slide group that is also live in a network viewer, any edits
to the slide should not only be transmitted to the viewer if live (which
already does), but the edited slide should be insert into the slide group
in memory in the network viewer for when the slide is changed back to the
edited slide without changing groups - that way the edits are stored
between slide changes in the same group while editing.
