Add ability for network viewer to switch to displaying a full-screen MJPEG
feed. Maybe some sort of button or menu option that switches the on-screen
display from the control server to an MJPEG url - maybe a toolbar button to
switch it back and forth.

This would be usseful for using the network viewer to drive the foldback
display on a secondary PC for the situations when something is appearing on
the primary FOH screen that's not coming from DViz - e.g. a native
powerpoint display or some other output. Then an MJPEG screencap server can
be run on the FOH PC and feed an MJPEG stream to the Foldback PC and be
displayed using the network viewer without having to switch programs to,
say, vidblaster, just to display an MJPEG feed fullscreen.

Of course, the logical extension of this might be to integrate an mjpeg (or
other format) screen cap server into dviz itself for the FOH PC...but that
could be down the road.
