Add automated testing for labs

In order to efficiently roll out newer versions of CVP or updates to existing applications, automated testing needs to be brought in.

There has been some work with Robot already, however leveraging Pytest might be a better direction. Due to the lack of Python3 support in the Arista Robot library.
