Low complexity:

Lease selected should be based on check-in/out dates
Check-in date should be between the lease start and end date
Check-out date should be between the lease start and end date

High complexity:

Between check-in and check-out dates, no of current occupant < Capacity

To confirm:

Can lease start and end date be updated when there's already an occupant assigned?
Does the status of apartment matter?
Does the status of occupant matter?
