我注意到kv的操作中有活跃值的概念，完全可以效仿这一模式，也对扇区引入这一机制。用活跃度来衡量扇区变成dirty的时间。每次GC只处理一个活跃度最低的扇区。

那有没有想过，如何更新每扇区的 dirty 值呢
