Android Build Instructions from Windows

Good morning,
The google play version claims not to support my Galaxy Tab S8 so I sought to compile it myself.
Unfortunately I've had no luck beyond grabbing latest from github.
Could anyone provide clearer compile instructions for a fresh github pull in Android Studio in Windows?

Edit:
I tried again to follow the commands listed in Git Bash, but fell at the third hurdle:

$ cp -r build/krom/* build/ArmorPaint/app/src/main/assets/
cp: cannot stat 'build/krom/*': No such file or directory

Edit 2:
Bah, I misunderstood the codes in Google Play. My Galaxy Tab s8 (sm-x800) is supported its the older tab with the bigger number (s3 = T820) that isn't. I've opted to purchase but would still love for the compile to work...
