Melody incompatible with "sound" taskbar icon on Linux Mint

To me, this is a perfect music player / music library viewer, and I love using it on Linux Mint, however there is one drawback that other music players do not have. When playing music in most music players, the "sound" taskbar icon allows you to view the track currently playing and change tracks. As of right now, Melody does not have this feature unfortunately. This would be a very desirable feature for me, as I am a big fan, and thankfully I will continue to use this application regardless. Thanks for the work so far!
