artisan roasting program's modbus setting error

I'm a second-hand purchased Gissen W1 roster.

The data collector was connected to an existing temperature sensor cable for data logging.
Temperature measurements can also be done normally.

But when you connect it to atic acid, the temperature values are not collected
The result was identified as "U.U" which is judged to be an error.
Artisan Program Version is 2.8.2

It is collected normally in a separate Modbus collection program.
The result values are collected normally.

Why are you not using the latest released Artisan v3.1? We do not have resources to support older versions and hope for your understanding.

On some MODBUS devices, the registers are shifted by one. Try register 63, and 65 instead of 64.

I've solved the problem.

It was the decimal address value of the instrument manual
So what was actually applied required hexadecimal address translation.
