inherit config.colorScheme.palette for all modules

Instead of trying to let-in syntax the whole inherit ${config.colorSchemes} colors as ${config.colorScheme} palette for all modules, just use the flake.nix, and pass in the inherit for all modules for all systems with nix-colors so you don't have to manually replace them every-time the author of nix-colors thinks it's a good idea to rename it again. ffs
