There are HttpModule unit tests, we could implement them with reflection.
They should test

normal flow, activity is not lost: BeginRequest, PreRequestHAndlerExecute, EndRequest
normal flow, activity is lost after BeginRequest
error: no Begin/PreRequestHandlerExecute
double BeginRequest because of TransferHandler
